From good to great!

(Is it your time for a big leap forward?)

Some are born great, some achieve greatness, and others have greatness thrust upon them.

Shakespeare, alas, was referring to people, not businesses.

Organisations go from good to great usually by first spending a very long time getting things right and then bursting into full bloom.

Often too the organisation has actually set itself a formal goal of being great, and acted on that goal. They have not accepted results that worked well enough in the marketplace, they have continued to spend on R&D after a reasonable profit has been assured. They have believed that profits will flow from greatness and made greatness a goal in itself.

If your organisation is going along pretty well and you’d like to move it up several notches, to become great, then we believe we have some of the tools and resources you will need.

They are in our Working-on-your-business Toolbox.
